These terms govern your use of the Hello Malnad website and our booking and trip-planning services. By using our website or booking through us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Our role

Hello Malnad acts as a facilitator connecting travellers with independent homestays, resorts, lodges, hotels, cab operators, bike rental partners, bus ticketing platforms and tour package providers across Malnad. Services at the property or vehicle level are ultimately delivered by these third-party partners.

2. Bookings & confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from us via WhatsApp or email.
• Prices quoted are valid at the time of enquiry and may change based on season, availability or date changes.
• Advance payment may be required to hold a homestay, resort, cab, bike or tour booking, as communicated during confirmation.

3. Traveller responsibilities

• Provide accurate traveller details, ID proof and travel dates at the time of booking.
• Carry a valid driving licence for self-drive bike rentals, and follow all applicable traffic and safety rules.
• Respect property rules, check-in/check-out timings and local guidelines shared by our partners.

4. Changes & cancellations

Cancellation and rescheduling terms vary by property, vehicle partner or package and will be shared at the time of booking confirmation. Please also refer to our Refund Policy.

5. Liability

While we vet our partner properties and vehicle operators, Hello Malnad is not liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, delays, natural events (weather, landslides, road closures) or acts beyond our reasonable control during your trip.

6. Conduct

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking in cases of misuse, false information, or behaviour that puts our partners, drivers or other guests at risk.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chikmagalur, Karnataka having jurisdiction over any disputes.
