We understand travel plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled across our services. Specific timelines are also confirmed on WhatsApp at the time of booking, since they can vary by partner and season.
1. Homestays, resorts, lodges & hotels
- Cancellations made 7+ days before check-in: full refund of advance paid, minus any payment gateway charges.
- Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in: 50% of advance refunded.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, or no-shows: advance amount is non-refundable.
2. Cab services
- Free cancellation up to 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
- Cancellations within 6 hours of pick-up may attract a nominal cancellation charge to cover driver allocation.
3. Bike rentals
- Advance booking amount is refundable if cancelled 24 hours before pick-up.
- Security deposits, where applicable, are refunded after the bike is returned in its original condition, minus any damage or fuel charges.
4. Bus tickets
Bus ticket cancellations and refunds follow the respective bus operator's/platform's policy, which will be shared with your ticket confirmation.
5. Tour packages
- Cancellations 10+ days before the tour start date: full refund minus a small processing fee.
- Cancellations 4–9 days before: 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 3 days of the tour start date: non-refundable, as vendor bookings (stay, transport, guides) are already confirmed on your behalf.
6. Refund processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
7. Rescheduling
We try our best to accommodate date changes instead of cancellations, subject to availability with our partners, and this is usually the faster way to protect your advance amount.
